The Leg Since the cart must be 30 inches high, subtract the nominal working height of the caster from the 30 inches to determine the length the leg must be. Since this nominal working height is 3 inches, the total length of the leg would be 27 inches. However, we will be column loading our legs, for strength, so we need to subtract an additional 1.5 inches from the leg height, leaving us with a leg 25.5 inches long. Reenter the AutoQuoterX Main Form. Select 1515-Lite from the drop-down list on the Extrusion tab. Define the length to be 25.5 inches and include a 7025 3/8-16 end tap on the Left End. Pick the Accept the rotation of the piece of extrusion you just inserted and then exit the main AutoQuoterX form by picking the The leg should now appear as it does in Figure 6.
